3. Restructure all the current cost, both employment cost, overhead cost, maintenance cost, and other operational cost. Targeting to control the cost about 40% of the total revenue.
4. Focus & Improve the internal revenue mostly on F&B and Spa (Since the property is located on the good location). Targeting internal revenue about 35% of the room revenue.
With this strategy, the next year budget is now being calculated. Mostly believe we are able to hit approximately 90,000,000 Baht or 3,000,000 USD / year by end of Y2013 and expecting increment about 20% increased by the next following years.
